Description
The gear pump for heating burners Suntec AS 47 C K 1582 6P 0700 is a representative of the AS series. These are single-stage units with a built-in regulating slide valve and a locking electromagnetic valve. The device is distinguished by the ability to pump low-viscosity fuel, such as winter grades of diesel fuel and kerosene. When purchasing this model, it should be taken into account that its drive shaft rotates counterclockwise, and the outlet to the injector line is located on the left wall of the housing.
On the website of the company "ANKAS" fuel pumps for Suntec burners are presented at an attractive price. Before placing an order, you can get advice from experienced managers of our online store.
Design features
A mechanism that includes two gears meshed together is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the injectors. The gear pair, rotating together with the shaft, creates a low-pressure zone in the suction pipe, which leads to the injection of fuel onto the high-pressure discharge line.
To prevent premature wear of the ground-in parts of the device, a serviceable fine-mesh mesh filter is installed at the inlet. It traps mechanical particles larger than 150 µm.
A special slide valve is installed in the system to maintain the fuel pressure set by the operator, supplied to the injector. The adjustment is made by tightening the adjusting screw on the body.
Main advantages:
works with kerosene and diesel fuel;
remote control using a bypass solenoid shut-off valve;
the ability to smoothly adjust the pressure of the injected fuel within 0.7-1.4 MPa;
support for single-pipe and double-pipe configurations of connection to the fuel pipeline system;
good performance with small dimensions and weight of the device.
The Suntec AS 47 C K 1582 6P 0700 model differs from devices of other manufacturers by a higher class of precision of parts processing. Almost complete elimination of deviations and introduction of smaller tolerances during manufacturing allow to obtain pumps for pumping fuel with low viscosity from 1 to 12 mm²/s (cSt), installed in many burners with a capacity of up to 1000 kW of well-known brands.
