Description

The Suntec AS 47 C K 1623 6P burner pump is designed to pump diesel fuel and kerosene. It is equipped with a shut-off electromagnetic valve that instantly shuts off/resumes the fuel supply in any operating mode. The pump is built into burners from various manufacturers: Lamborghini, Elco, Ecoflam and others.

Features:

  • The main unit of the pump is a pair of wear-resistant gears;

  • Electromagnetic shut-off valve included;

  • For single-pipe and double-pipe connections;

  • Pressure adjustment within 7…14 bar using a screw, default setting – 9 bar,

  • Built-in mesh filter to protect the gear mechanism from damage, hole size 150 µm;

  • Viton shaft seal for safe pumping of kerosene;

  • Electrical component protection class – IP 54 according to EN 60529;

  • operating conditions and temperature of pumped fuel: 0…+60 °C;

  • basic version for a 2-pipe system (the bypass plug is installed in the return line hole);

  • mounting position – any, except for the position with the axis up (to exclude axial or radial load on the axis);

  • installation on a bushing with a diameter of 32 mm;

  • connection to the inlet and return line on a tapered thread ¼ inch NPTF;

  • outputs for connecting measuring instruments ⅛ inch.

It is recommended to install a separate filter upstream of the Suntec AS 47 C K 1623 6P burner pump for maximum protection of the nozzles from damage and long service life.
