Design features

  • As in other models of the AS series, here a mechanism of two elements engaged between themselves is implemented - a gear and a wheel - rotating in the same direction as the shaft. The gear in the center is firmly mounted on the shaft and sets the wheel with internal teeth in motion. The high rotation speed draws diesel fuel from the tank and feeds it through the suction pipe through the filter mesh to the working element of the mechanism.

  • To set the required value of the feed pressure to the injector line, it is necessary to tighten the adjusting screw of the spool valve. To switch the device to the operating mode, a "normally open" electromagnetic valve is provided. By locking the bypass channel, it sharply increases the pressure of the fuel supplied to the injector, regardless of the shaft speed.
