Design features

  • The work of moving fuel from the tank to the fuel injectors is carried out by a gear mechanism consisting of a pair of main elements. The gear is rigidly mounted on the shaft and is the leading link that transmits torque to the wheel with an internal arrangement of teeth. The vacuum created during operation in the suction line draws diesel fuel from the tank, after which the teeth of the mechanism push the liquid onto the nozzle line and the adjustment valve.

  • The valve limits the fuel pressure supplied to the nozzle by dumping its excess into the return line. The adjustment is made by tightening the screw. The second valve - electromagnetic - is responsible for blocking the bypass line in the operating position.
