Description

The Suntec AS 47 D K 1586 6P 0700 pump can be used to pump not only diesel fuel, but also kerosene thanks to Viton seals. It is equipped with an electromagnetic valve with a locking function, which ensures quick interruption and resumption of fuel supply when operating at any speed.

Features

  • The fuel pump is designed according to the IP54 standard. The housing reliably protects electrical components from dust and moisture. The connection to the nozzle is on the right.

  • The pump is supplied ready for a 2-pipe pipeline design. For systems without a return line, the bypass plug should be removed and a steel plug with a washer should be installed instead.

  • Depending on the choice of connection scheme, excess fuel returns to the tank or passes to the suction line.

  • The main working element of the pump is a wear-resistant pair of gears. The gear mechanism is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the nozzle line.

  • Before entering the gears, the fuel is cleaned by a mesh filter, which removes all coarse particles larger than 150 microns. To maintain productivity, regularly wash the filter from dirt.

  • The electromagnetic "normally open" valve provides quick response. In its inactive state, the bypass channel is open, the fuel is drained into the tank or passes to the gear pair (two- or single-pipe wiring diagram). The active position of the valve leads to the closure of the drain channel, and the fuel is supplied to the injector.

  • The fuel pressure to the injector is regulated in the range: 7-14 atm. Factory setting - 9 bar. Performance depends on the pressure and viscosity settings of the fuel.

  • A sleeve connection with a diameter of 32 mm is provided for fastening the pump, supported by manufacturers of most burners. Standard holes are provided in the pump body for connecting instrumentation devices.
