Description

The fuel pump AS 47 D K 1597 6P 0700 is equipped with a built-in EM valve, which ensures instant interruption/resumption of supply regardless of the engine shaft speed. The model is suitable for working with diesel fuel and kerosene. It is installed in heating equipment of most manufacturers, including Lamborghini, Baltur, Ecoflam, Riello, F.B.R.Cuenod, Elco, Weishaupt.

Features

The pump is distinguished by its right-hand location of the outlet to the injector, the shaft rotates counterclockwise (marked "D").

A special material, Viton, is used to seal the shaft, which allows pumping not only diesel fuel, but also kerosene.

In the factory assembly, the pump is suitable for installation in a system with two pipes. When integrating into a single-pipe system, the bypass plug should be removed, replacing it with a steel one to block the backflow hole.

Operating principle

The gear mechanism sucks fuel from the tank, passes it through a mesh filter and directs it through the control valve to the injector pipeline. The pumped liquid that has not passed through the injector line is directed to the gear pair or to the return line, depending on the system configuration.

When the electromagnetic valve is inactive, the return line is open. When it is turned on, the bypass channel closes, fuel is supplied under a set pressure to the injector.
