Description

The Suntec AS V 47 A 7472 4P 0700 pump is supplied complete with a built-in electromagnetic valve with a locking function, which ensures quick interruption and resumption of fuel supply when operating at any speed. The pump is used to pump diesel fuel and a mixture of biodiesel fuel B10.

Features

  • The pump design is made taking into account the IP54 electrical protection standards. The nozzle mounting branch is located on the right.

  • The pump is ready for installation in a system with a return line. When used in single-pipe designs, the bypass plug should be removed and a steel plug with a washer should be installed in its place.

  • Unused fuel is sent to the tank or passes to the suction line, depending on the system configuration.

  • A gear mechanism moves fuel from the tank to the nozzle, passing it through a filter and a pressure regulating valve. The filter removes coarse particles such as sand, rust, debris larger than 150 microns, protecting the gears from clogging and damage. Regular washing of the mesh contributes to the productive operation of the equipment.

  • The electromagnetic "normally open" valve provides a quick response. When it is inactive, the bypass channel is open, and the fuel returns to the tank (2-pipe connection) or to the gears (1-pipe system). The active position of the valve closes the drain channel, fuel is pumped to the nozzle.

  • "By default" the pump is set to 9 bar. To meet individual needs, the pressure can be adjusted in the range: 7-14 bar. The pump performance depends on the pressure and viscosity of the fuel.

  • The sleeve mounting method ∅32 mm according to the European standard EN225 allows the pump to be used for burners of most brands.
