Description

The Suntec AS V 47 B 1637 6P 0700 pump pumps diesel fuel and a mixture of biodiesel fuel B10. It is equipped with a built-in electromagnetic valve, which acts as a shut-off valve for quick interruption and resumption of fuel supply when operating at any speed.

Features

  • The pump is manufactured in accordance with the IP54 standard. The housing reliably protects electrical components from dust and moisture. The nozzle connection is located on the left.

  • The pump is supplied from the factory ready for installation in a system with a return line. To create a single-pipe design, the bypass plug should be removed and a steel plug with a washer should be installed instead.

  • Depending on the features of the connection diagram, unused fuel returns to the tank or passes into the suction line.

  • The main working element of the pump is a pair of gears. The gear mechanism is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the nozzle.

  • A mesh filter is installed at the fuel inlet to protect the working unit from breakage and wear. All abrasive particles of 150 microns in size are retained by the mesh. To maintain performance, regularly wash the filter from dirt.

  • The electromagnetic "normally open" valve provides instant response. In its inactive state, the bypass channel is open, the fuel is directed back to the tank (2-pipe connection) or passes to the suction (1-pipe system). The active position of the valve closes the drain channel, and the fuel is supplied to the injector.

  • The pressure is regulated in the range: 10-15 atm. Factory setting - 10 bar. Performance depends on the set pressure and viscosity of the fuel.
