Description

The AS V 47 C 1638 6P 0700 gear fuel pump is part of a line of equipment equipped with a pressure control electromagnetic valve with a shut-off function. It stands out for its universal purpose - it pumps not only diesel fuel, but also biodiesel, thanks to the use of a special material for the shaft seal in the design.

Features

The "normally open" electromagnetic valve is located in the nozzle line. It functions as a locking device for quick start/stop of the burner regardless of the engine shaft speed.

When the valve is inactive, the fuel that has not passed through the nozzle line returns to the tank (in a 2-pipe system) or to the suction line (in a 1-pipe design). When the valve is on, the fuel discharge line is closed.

The pump has an outlet to the nozzle on the left side. The shaft rotates counterclockwise.

The bushing installation method, according to the European standard EN 225, allows the pump to be used as a complete set of burners from many manufacturers, including Elco, Lamborghini, Baltur, Weishaupt, etc.

In the basic version, the design is ready for connection to a 2-pipe system. When using the pump as part of a system without a return line, it is necessary to remove the bypass plug, installing a steel plug with a washer in the hole.
