Description

The line of Suntec AT series gear liquid fuel pumps from the French company starts with the junior version - AT2 45 A 9547 4P 0700. A distinctive feature of the device is the built-in electromagnetic valves controlled by the burner. The bypass valve switches between low and high pressure modes, and the shut-off valve closes the flow of fuel for supply regardless of the speed of the drive shaft of the electric motor.

Design features

The main element of the burner pumps is a gear pair consisting of gears with internal and external teeth. Rotating clockwise, the mechanism sucks diesel fuel from the tank and pumps it into the channel system to the mechanical valves. On the way in front of the gears, the fuel passes through a mesh serviceable filter and is cleaned of the smallest mechanical particles.

The spools are adjusted by tightening the springs with adjusting screws located in the body. The "normally open" EM bypass valve activates the low-pressure spool.
