Description

The two-stage burner pump Suntec ATU V 45 R 9861 6P 0700I is used for pumping diesel fuel, biofuel B10 in heating systems. Equipped with a blocking electromagnetic valve with a shut-off function and a pressure relief device in the nozzle line.

Features:

  • use in systems with a return line;

  • feed pressure adjustment from 2 to 25 bar, by default the pump is set to 9 and 22 bar;

  • the ability to select an outlet pipe on either side of the housing;

  • a device for relieving pressure in the nozzle line with a shut-off function;

  • a dismountable filter at the flow inlet (mesh 6 cm², holes 150 μm);

  • permissible range of operating temperatures (fuel and air): from 0 to +60 °;

  • dust and moisture protection of the housing class IP 54;

  • standard fit on ∅ 32 mm bushing according to EN225 standards;

  • connection to the inlet and return line on a tapered thread ¼ inch NPTF;

  • "normally open" bypass solenoid valve for switching low and high pressure;

  • "normally closed" blocking solenoid valve in the injector line;

  • fast switching at any engine speed;

  • automatic air bleeding in a two-pipe installation, acceleration by loosening the pressure gauge plug;

standard ports for connecting measuring devices.
