  1. Oil Burner Pumps

Description

The Suntec AT2 45 A 9574 4P 0700 pump operates in low and high pressure modes. It is equipped with two electromagnetic valves - shut-off and bypass. It is used to equip diesel burners. Universal mount (EN 225) expands the scope of use of the pump.

Features

  • The pump is manufactured in accordance with the IP54 standard. The housing protects electrical components from dust and moisture. The nozzle connection is located on the right.

  • The main working element of the pump is a gear mechanism. It is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the nozzle.

  • The built-in mesh filter of a dismountable design retains all mechanical impurities of 150 microns in size, protecting the working unit from damage and clogging.

  • The electromagnetic "normally open" bypass valve switches between low and high pressure modes. The shut-off electromagnetic valve locks the flow / opens the fuel supply to the nozzle.

  • The pump is suitable for integration into single- and dual-pipe systems. Depending on the connection diagram, unburned fuel returns to the tank or passes into the suction line.

  • The pump is supplied from the factory ready for connection to a system with a return line. To create a single-pipe design, the bypass plug should be removed and a steel plug with a washer should be installed instead.

  • The pressure is regulated in the range: 8-15 bar and 12-25 bar (9 and 22 bar are the default settings). The flow rate reaches 46 l/hour at a pressure of 11 atmospheres and a fuel viscosity of 5 cSt.

Advantages:

  • 2-stage fuel supply regulation;

  • single- and dual-pipe connection;

  • universal fit;

  • wide pressure adjustment range;

  • ports for connecting measuring devices;

  • detachable mesh filter;

  • high level of protection against dust and moisture (IP54);

  • uninterrupted service;

  • 2 built-in electromagnetic valves.
