Description

The AT2 45 C 9541 4P 0700 gear burner fuel pump with a capacity of 46 l/h from the French company Suntec belongs to the AT family. The device operates in two modes with different pressures of diesel fuel supplied to the nozzle. The model is equipped with mechanical and electromagnetic valves installed in the upper part of the body. The outlet to the nozzle is located on the left side. You can buy a fuel pump for a diesel burner at an affordable price on the website of the official supplier of industrial equipment - the ANKAS company. To place an order, call the specified phone numbers or fill out a short feedback form.

Design Features

The actuator of the burner pump consists of a pair of gears that are driven by an electric motor through a shaft. The smaller gear wheel pressed onto it rotates the larger one with an internal arrangement of teeth counterclockwise. Due to the vacuum created in the suction line, the contents of the fuel tank are moved to the pump through a cylindrical mesh filter with an open area of 6 cm².

The pressure of the injected diesel fuel is determined by spool valves adjusted with screws on the body. The first EM bypass valve is responsible for switching between two modes. The second is designed to cut off the fuel from the injector line. They are controlled from the burner panel.

When connected to a single-pipe system, the fuel that does not get to the line returns to the gears, and with a two-pipe system, it drains into the tank.

Advantages of the model:

  • standard cylindrical thread of outlets and ports - G¼" and G⅛";

  • the presence of a serviceable filter with a cell of 150 µm;

  • switching between two operating modes with different pressures of the injected fuel;

  • can be additionally equipped with instrumentation devices;

  • simple individual adjustment of each stage;

  • small weight of the device - 1.3 kg.

The French company Suntec is a recognized world leader in the production of components for forced-draft burners operating on liquid fuel. The products undergo numerous tests on benches and only then go on sale. Compliance with standard dimensions allows you to connect Suntec pumps to many models of burners, and unification will simplify the task of replacing them with other products of this company.
