Description
The Suntec ATU V 45 L 9860 6P 0700I burner pump is used to equip two-stage liquid fuel burners for pumping fuel under a set pressure. Thanks to a special shaft seal, it can safely pump not only diesel fuel, but also biodiesel. The equipment is equipped with an electromagnetic valve and two pressure regulating valves.

pumping diesel fuel and a mixture of biodiesel fuel B10;
permissible viscosity of the working medium: 1.25-12 cSt;
for a two-stage control mode;
pressure regulating slide valves (one for each stage) and an electromagnetic valve;
flow rate - 46 l/h (11 bar / 5 cSt);
for systems with and without a fuel return channel;
wear-resistant gear mechanism;
pressure 2-25 bar, preset to 9 and 22 bar;
permissible temperatures of the working environment: 0...+60 °C;
sleeve mounting method ∅ 32 mm;
shaft seals made of Viton;
built-in mesh filter at the inlet for cleaning from particles larger than 150 µm;
dust and moisture protection level IP 54 according to EN60529;
threaded holes ¼ inch NPTF for connection to pipes;
ports ⅛ inch for connecting measuring devices;
automatic air bleed in two-pipe systems;
inlet/outlet pressure – up to 2 bar.
The Suntec ATU burner pump can be built into single- and dual-pipe assembly systems. A bypass plug is screwed into the return line hole for a 2-pipe connection or a blind plug for a single-pipe wiring scheme.
