The range of dual-mode low-power gear pumps from the French manufacturer Suntec has been expanded with another representative — AT2 45 C 9563 4P 0700. It is controlled by two pairs of electromagnetic and spool valves. The type of liquid supplied to the nozzle line is diesel fuel with a viscosity of 2 to 12 mm²/s (cSt). The nozzle pipe is connected to the port on the left side of the housing, the rotation of the drive axis is counterclockwise. Design features

The operation of the Suntec pump for burners is based on the rotation of a pair of gears that are in engagement with each other. Fuel drawn from the suction line undergoes preliminary cleaning from various inclusions: sand, rust and debris. For this purpose, the design includes a removable mesh filter with a working area of ​​6 cm².

The injected fuel is supplied through the channels of the low- or high-pressure spool valves. The mode depends on the position of the piston of the "normally open" electromagnetic bypass valve. The task of the second EM valve is to stop the supply of working fluid to the injector, regardless of the engine speed and the pump shaft.

The device is adapted for installation in single- and double-pipe distribution systems, where the fuel is drained into the tank or supplied to the gear mechanism.
