Among low-power liquid fuel pumps, the AT2 45 D 9513 4P 0700 model from the French company Suntec is in great demand. Design Features

The gear pair of the gear pump pumps diesel fuel from the tank to the spool valves. Before this, it undergoes a pre-cleaning stage using a cylindrical filter with a mesh, which does not allow debris, sand and other mechanical inclusions.

The spool valves are responsible for the level of fuel pressure at the feed. They are adjusted by tightening the screws that compress the internal spring. The modes (spools) are switched by a "normally open" bypass EM valve. In its normal position, fuel is supplied under low pressure of the first stage. The closed valve removes the spool from the system and starts the second stage - high pressure. Fuel that does not pass to the injector is drained into the tank or flows back to the gear teeth.
