Description

The Suntec series of low-power liquid fuel pumps has been expanded with another representative AT2 45 D 9544 4P 0700. Its main distinguishing feature is the presence of two stages of diesel fuel pressure pumped to the injector. A compact electromagnetic valve installed in the upper part of the burner pump is responsible for switching modes. You can buy this and other models from the European manufacturer in the online store of the official dealer "ANKAS" in one click. To do this, just enter your contact information.

Design Features

Fuel pumps for burners pump liquid fuel from the tank to the injector line using a special working mechanism. The central gear, rotating in a half-moon-shaped groove, transmits movement to the external gear wheel with an internal arrangement of teeth. In order not to clog the system elements, a mesh serviceable filter is installed in front of the gear pair, trapping the smallest debris.

The design of the model includes four valves, two of which are electromagnetic. The spool valves start working when the fuel reaches a certain pressure level. One of the modes is activated by the electromagnetic bypass valve. Power supply to it from the control unit of the heating burner leads to disconnection of the spool valve from the return line and starts the high-pressure valve.

Main advantages:

  • The model supports two operating modes;

  • The ability to adjust the supply pressure;

  • Two ports with G⅛" connection threads are provided for instrumentation devices (vacuum gauge and pressure gauge);

  • Unified G¼" thread for connecting the suction and return fuel supply lines;

  • An electromagnetic shut-off valve combined with the pump;

  • A wide range of diesel fuel operating viscosity - from 2 to 12 mm²/s.

The French company Suntec has been developing new and upgrading old devices for many years, installed on burners of various capacities of such brands as Weishaupt, Lamborghini, Elco, Baltur and others. Gear pumps are the pride of the manufacturer due to their long service life when used in intensive mode. High quality is achieved by using ultra-precise metal processing machines and fitting parts with minimal tolerances.
