Description

Among fuel pumps for low-power diesel burners, the AT2 55 B 9515 4P 0700 model from the French company Suntec has taken an advantageous position. It has optimal performance with small dimensions and weight, and can also operate in two pressure modes. The latter is activated by a "normally open" type bypass solenoid valve located at the top of the pump. The model is compatible with most supercharged heating burners from such companies as Elco, Lamborghini, Oilon, Weishaupt and Baltur.

Design features

The gear pump pumps diesel fuel from the tank to the control valves and then to the injector line. The gear in the center is the leading one, pressed onto the shaft, transmitting torque from the electric drive to it. The second gear is meshed with the first and pushes the liquid clockwise under pressure. The mesh filter installed in the suction line protects the units and parts from mechanical damage, scoring, jamming by trapping debris, sand and rust.

The pumped diesel fuel enters the injectors through the low-pressure spool channel, squeezing the spring-loaded piston. The high-pressure spool valve operates when the EM bypass valve is on.
