  1. Oil Burner Pumps

Description

The Suntec AT2 55 C 9549 4P 0700 pump is installed in diesel burners. It has one outlet to the nozzle and two pressure modes (high and low). The pump is equipped with two electromagnetic valves - a shut-off valve for interrupting the flow and a bypass valve for switching between stages. Pressure regulation is provided by two slide valves. The universal mounting method (according to EN 225) allows the pump to be built into burners of most well-known manufacturers.

Features

  • The pump is made of high-quality components, equipped with reliable seals for safe operation. The electrical protection class complies with the IP54 standard when using the Suntec connecting cable. The nozzle mounting pipe is located on the left.

  • The main working mechanism is a gear pair. For long-term service of the gears, a 150 μm mesh filter is located at the fuel inlet, which holds back all mechanical particles that can lead to failures and breakdowns of the working unit. The electromagnetic "normally open" bypass valve switches between low and high pressure modes.

  • The shut-off electromagnetic valve is located in the injector line, which ensures very fast response. When it is activated, diesel fuel passes to the injector under the pressure set by the regulating (spool) valves.

  • In the basic assembly, the pump is ready for installation in a system with a return line. If there is none, the bypass plug must be unscrewed and a steel plug with a washer must be installed instead.

  • Depending on the fuel line connection diagram, excess fuel is drained into the tank or passes to the suction line.

  • The fuel supply pressure can be adjusted in the range: 8-15 bar and 12-25 bar (9 and 22 bar - factory setting). The pump performance depends on the pressure and viscosity setting of the fuel.

Advantages:

  • 2 stages of power control;

  • high level of protection against dust and moisture (IP54);

  • pressure adjustment in a wide range;

  • one- and two-pipe connection;

  • universal mounting;

  • protection of gear mechanism from abrasive particles;

  • ports for connecting measuring equipment;

  • 2 built-in electromagnetic valves.
