Design features

The most loaded and responsible unit in the device is the gear pair. It creates a vacuum in the suction pipe, which leads to the movement of diesel fuel from the tank to the teeth, and then to the slide valves and the nozzle. The diesel fuel is pre-cleaned with a compact mesh filter, which must be periodically disassembled and washed during operation.

The spools are adjusted with screws to tighten the spring. The system works on the principle: the more tightening, the higher the pressure. To switch the pressure stages, an EM bypass valve is used, which cuts off and brings the low-pressure spool back into operation. When the first one is removed from the process, the second one is connected - the high-pressure spool.
