Description
The Suntec AT2 55 C K 9571 4P 0500 pump operates in two modes - low and high pressure. It is equipped with two electromagnetic valves - shut-off and bypass. The pump is installed in burners burning diesel fuel and kerosene. Universal mount according to the European standard EN 225 expands the scope of the pump.
Features
The pump has a reliable housing with high-quality insulation from dust and moisture (IP54). The nozzle mounting branch is located on the left. The use of special shaft seals allows you to safely pump kerosene.
Wear-resistant gears move fuel from the tank to the nozzle through a shut-off electromagnetic valve. Two spool valves are provided for pressure regulation.
The electromagnetic "normally open" bypass valve switches between low and high pressure modes.
Before entering the gear mechanism, the fuel is freed from large contaminants of 150 microns using a built-in filter located at the fuel inlet, which eliminates the risk of breakdown and equipment failure due to the ingress of abrasive particles.
The pump can be built into systems with or without a return line. Depending on the features of the connection diagram, unused fuel passes into the tank or onto the gears.
When creating a single-pipe design, the bypass plug must be unscrewed and the drain hole must be plugged.
The pressure is set to 9 and 22 bar and can be adjusted in the range: 8-15 bar (1st stage) and 12-25 bar (2nd stage). Performance depends on the set pressure and viscosity of the fuel
Advantages:
2-stage regulation;
2 built-in electromagnetic valves - shut-off and bypass;
universal fit;
wide range of pressure adjustment;
one- and two-pipe connection;
standard ports for readings;
detachable mesh filter for 150 microns;
reliable protection against dust and moisture (IP54);
long service life.
