Design features

Two gears are responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the injector lines, one of which has teeth on the inside. The gear located in the center is connected to the electric motor shaft, rotating clockwise at a maximum frequency of up to 3600 rpm. The mechanism sucks liquid from the tank onto the teeth of the pair and directs it to the slide valves, having previously cleaned it from impurities with a mesh filter with a cell size of 150 microns.

The fuel pressure on the injectors, regulated by mechanical bypass valves, is set using screws. Each of them works separately, depending on the position of the EM bypass valve. The design includes a shut-off EM valve that blocks the fuel supply to the injector, regardless of the rotation speed of the drive axle. Excess fuel is returned to the suction or flows back into the tank, depending on the configuration of the pipeline system.
