Design features

The main work of the device is assigned to a mechanism consisting of a small and a large gear. The first sets the second in motion due to the torque of the pump shaft, which takes power from the electric motor. The direction of fuel movement in model C is counterclockwise. To prevent jamming and damage to the parts of the fuel system devices, a detachable mesh filter is installed in front of the gears. Its mesh with a cell of 150 µm traps sand grains, rust and chips.

The high or low pressure mode is switched on by a bypass electromagnetic valve. The degree of pressure on the feed is set by slide valves.
