Description

The modern dual-mode gear pump Suntec AT3 45 C 9558 4P 0500 is a representative of the line of energy-efficient devices from a French company with a low productivity level. Thanks to the standard EN 225 sleeve connection with a diameter of 32 mm, it fits many diesel burners with a rated power of up to 1000 kW: Lamborghini, Baltur, Weishaupt and Elco.

Design features

The operating principle of the burner pump is based on the rotation of a pair of gears that are in constant engagement with each other and are driven by an electric drive shaft. Fuel is sucked from the tank, cleaned by a mesh filter with a 150 µm cell and pushed under pressure to the spool valves.

Spool and electromagnetic valves allow fuel to be pumped in one of the modes, which can be adjusted at any stage. The EM shut-off valve on the discharge line eliminates the need to install an external check valve.

The return fuel line in a 2-pipe configuration prevents air locks in the system and removes them along with the liquid into the tank.
