Description

The dual-mode liquid fuel pump AT3 V 45 C 9658 4P 0700 is equipped with two electromagnetic valves with a locking function. The design has a special connection hole on the cover for connecting a pressure gauge that determines the pressure in the nozzle in high-pressure mode and discharge in low-pressure mode.

Purpose

The pump is used to equip heating burners that burn not only diesel fuel, but also environmentally friendly fuel - biodiesel. This is facilitated by seals made of a special material (Viton) used in the design.

Features and characteristics

  • Thanks to the standard sleeve connection with a diameter of 32 mm (EN 225), the model can be installed on diesel burners of many manufacturers, such as Lamborghini, Baltur, Weishaupt, Ecoflam, Cib Unigas, Riello, Elco and others.

  • The pump has a left-hand outlet to the nozzle. The rotation of the drive shaft is counterclockwise (marked "C").

  • The capacity is 46 l/h at a fuel pressure of 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt.

  • The return fuel line when using a two-pipe system prevents the formation of air locks, removing them simultaneously with the fuel into the tank.

  • Maximum vacuum is 0.45 bar to prevent cases of air separation from the fuel.

  • The main working element is a gear pair, which are engaged with each other by a pinion and driven by the shaft of an electric motor. The working fluid is sucked from the tank, cleaned by a mesh filter from foreign inclusions of 150 µm in size and enters the spool valves under pressure.

  • The pressure modes are adjusted separately for each spool by turning the adjusting screws clockwise or counterclockwise.

  • A shut-off electromagnetic valve on the discharge line eliminates the need to install an external check valve.
