Description

The representative of the medium-power pumps AT3 55 A 9508 4P 0700 is part of the AT3 series - dual-mode gear devices pumping diesel fuel with a kinematic viscosity of 2-12 mm²/s. Its performance indicators are the "golden mean" among other models in the line - 62 l / h at the first feed stage. Design features

Like other pumps of this type, the actuator is a pair of gears meshed with each other. They are rotated by a shaft with a diameter of 8 mm connected to an electric drive. Liquid fuel is drawn into the suction cavity, cleaned by a removable filter mesh with a 150 µm cell and pushed out to the control valves.

The spool valves act as pressure limiters for the supplied fuel. Any liquid that does not pass through the nozzle is drained back into the tank or fed to the gear teeth.

The "normally open" type bypass solenoid valve can activate the second mode by blocking the return line of the low-pressure spool, which will lead to the second valve (high pressure) being activated.
