Description

The AT3 V 55 A 9618 4P 0700 gear liquid fuel pump is equipped with two electromagnetic valves and operates in two pressure modes. The model has a special design that allows it to work with biodiesel and diesel fuel. The capacity is 62 l/h at a pressure of 11 atmospheres. Design with a right-hand outlet to the injector.

Features

The AT3 series pump is equipped with a special outlet for measuring the pressure in the injector only at the second pumping stage.

Thanks to the special shaft seal made of Viton, the unit can be used not only for pumping diesel fuel, but also environmentally friendly fuel - biodiesel.

The main working mechanism is a gear pair. The drive gear is mounted on the drive shaft and rotates clockwise. It is in constant engagement with the driven wheel. When rotating, the gear mechanism sucks fuel from the tank, passes it through a coarse filter and then pushes it to the spool valves.

The spool valves act as pressure limiters for the supplied fuel. Each valve is adjusted separately using screws, for the first stage in the range of 8-15 bar, for the second - 12-25 atmospheres.

The "normally open" EM bypass valve switches between low and high pressure.

The fuel that does not enter the injector line returns to the tank or to the suction (depending on the system configuration).

The shut-off EM valve shuts off the supply of the pumped liquid to the injector.
