Description

The Suntec ATE2 V 55 D 9354 4P 0700 pump is designed to pump a mixture of biodiesel fuel B10 and diesel fuel. It operates in two pressure modes. It is equipped with a shut-off electromagnetic valve with a locking function and a bypass electromagnetic valve for switching from one stage to another.

Features

  • The pump design is made in accordance with the European standard IP54, which eliminates the penetration of dust and moisture into the device. The nozzle connection pipe is on the right.

  • To control the low and high pressure modes, and the fuel supply pressure, the pump is equipped with electromagnetic and spool valves. The pressure can be adjusted without interrupting the work process.

  • Before entering the gear mechanism, the fuel is cleaned of abrasive particles of 150 microns in size, which maintains the integrity of the working parts and extends the service life of the equipment.

  • The shut-off electromagnetic valve is located in the nozzle line, which facilitates rapid response.

  • The pump is ready for installation in a 2-pipe system. When used for a single-pipe design, the bypass plug should be removed and a steel plug with a washer installed instead.

  • For safe pumping of fuel, the pump uses reliable slide and electromagnetic valves, and special seals.
