Description
The single-stage gear fuel pump AU 47 R 9852 6P 0500 is manufactured by the French company Suntec, a world leader in the production of components for turbocharged burners Lamborghini, Weishaupt, Baltur, Elco, etc. A distinctive feature of the AU series models is their interchangeability with the AS 47 and AL 35 series, the presence of an electromagnetic shut-off valve, as well as two optional outputs for pumping fuel onto the injector line.
On the website of the official supplier, the ANKAS company, you can buy a pump for diesel burners at an affordable price. Our manager will answer your questions and help you choose the most suitable option.
How the pump works
Diesel fuel, the temperature of which is in the range from 0 to +60 ° C, is drawn from the tank by a toothed pair of gears. It passes through a mesh serviceable filter, the purpose of which is to filter out impurities, sand and other inclusions that can disrupt the operation of the system and lead to premature mechanical wear.
Rotating clockwise, the gears pump the working fluid into the cavity under the shut-off electromagnetic solenoid of the "normally closed" type, which controls the process of supplying fuel to the injector line. When the set pressure in the range of 4-25 atm is reached, it passes further through the system to the injectors.
Excess fuel, unclaimed during the operation of the burner, is drained back into the tank with a two-pipe connection system. With a single-pipe fuel line configuration, it returns to the discharge circuit (with the bypass plug unscrewed and the "return" blocked).
Main advantages:
press fit of the gear, reducing wear;
operation in both single-pipe and two-pipe supply systems;
wide range of operational viscosity of fuel — from 1 to 12 cSt;
availability of a locking electromagnetic valve;
interchangeability with other models — AS 47 and AL 35;
optimal protection against water and dust penetration into the housing — IP54.
The Suntec AU 47 R 9852 6P 0500 model is a reliable component from a European manufacturer, installed in liquid fuel burners with a capacity of up to 1000 kW. They are also used as a replacement for other models equipped with a electromagnetic valve with a locking function. The presence of two possible nozzle outputs makes this unit more unified.
