Single-stage liquid fuel pump AU V 47 L 9857 6P 0500 for pumping diesel fuel, kerosene and biodiesel is a special model developed by the European concern Suntec. Its popularity among repair crews and service centers is due to the replaceability of pumps of the AS 47 and AL 35 series. The device is equipped with an electromagnetic solenoid with a shut-off function, and the output to the injectors can be connected both on the right and on the left.

Technical features

  • The model is attached to the electric motor using a sleeve method with a landing diameter of 32 mm. Its drive axis rotates counterclockwise.

  • The pressure on the injector line is adjusted in the range from 4 to 25 atm thanks to the valve. All unclaimed fuel flows to the suction line or to the tank, depending on the connection configuration.

  • The unit's performance depends on the kinematic viscosity of the working fluid: when pumping kerosene, it is 24 l/h, when supplying biodiesel or diesel fuel, it reaches 44 l/h.

  • A special feature of the AU V 47 L 9857 6P 0500 liquid fuel pump is a shut-off electromagnetic valve. Its purpose is to stop the fuel supply to the injectors upon a signal from the controller. The locking function is triggered instantly and does not depend on the rotation speed of the electric drive.

  • To speed up the release of air before starting the device in a one-pipe system, it is recommended to use a spare outlet to the injectors and a port for connecting a pressure gauge. With a two-pipe configuration, this process occurs automatically.
