The single-stage gear pump AU V 47 R 9856 6P 0500 with a maximum capacity of 44 l/h was developed by the French concern Suntec for supplying diesel fuel, kerosene and heating oil to the nozzle line of heating burners. Design features

  • The unit operates on the rotation of a gear pair, which allows fuel to be drawn from the fuel tank and pumped onto the injector line under pressure up to 2.5 MPa. Fuel not required during operation of the heating burner is returned through the control valve.

  • A special feature of the pump is its equipping with an electromagnetic solenoid with a locking function, which allows the supply to be instantly shut off by a signal from the control unit controller.

  • A detachable mesh filter is provided for preliminary cleaning of the working fluid from mechanical particles of 150 microns in size. It requires periodic cleaning with a soft brush or a brush. For better preparation of the fuel, a fine filter should be installed on the pressure fuel line.
