Description

The Suntec E 4 LA 1069 7P pump is designed to equip diesel and fuel oil burners with a capacity of 400 to 3000 kW. The pump is manufactured taking into account high-temperature exposure, increased loads, and has a reinforced design. For safe operation with fuel oil, special shaft seals are used and it is possible to install a heater, simplifying the start-up.

Features

  • The pump has a reinforced design and is designed to pump fuel heated to +130 ºC. In order to increase safety when working with heated fuel, special shaft seals are used.

  • The pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve. A bypass hole is made in the nozzle line to prevent the formation of overpressure as a result of fuel expansion and eliminate the risk of damage.

  • A special feature is a special place for installing a heater, facilitating the start-up. The hole is made in accordance with the EN 50262 standard, located so as to exclude contact of the heating device with the fuel and ensure maximum heat transfer.

  • The kit does not include a built-in filter. The branch pipe for connection to the injector is located on the right side.

  • The fuel pressure on the injector is regulated in a wide range, from 14 to 30 bar. At the factory, the pump is set to 20 bar. The performance depends on the viscosity of the fuel and the pressure setting.
