Oil Burner Pumps
Products code: 61732

Description

The Suntec E 4 NAK 1069 8P burner pump has a special design for pumping fuel oil and other heavy fuels. It is equipped with a special shaft seal made of a material resistant to high temperatures. It is designed taking into account the installation of a heater for preliminary fuel preparation and facilitating a cold start.

Features:

  • pumping fuel oil, diesel fuel, medium viscosity up to 75 cSt;

  • high performance, 180 l/h at a viscosity of 20 cSt and a pressure of 20 bar;

  • special sealing material;

  • high reliability and wear resistance of the design;

  • installation in systems with one or two pipes;

  • built-in pressure regulating valve, without a shut-off function;

  • nozzle pressure: 14-30 bar, basic setting - 20 bar;

  • fuel temperature in the pump - up to +130 ºC;

  • separate valve for shutting off the flow (additional order);

  • flange mounting, ∅ 54 mm;

  • built-in filter with 550 µm cells and a working area of 45 cm²;

  • ½ inch threaded holes for connecting the suction and return lines;

  • ports for connecting a pressure gauge and vacuum gauge;

  • arbitrary installation position (do not allow load on the axle);

  • bypass hole in the nozzle line to remove excess pressure;

  • maximum pressure in the suction and return line is 3.5 bar.

E 1069 Series

The E 1069 series pump is supplied with a built-in pressure regulating valve, without a shut-off function. The gear mechanism sucks fuel from the tank, passes it through the filter and feeds it to the regulating valve, and then to the nozzle line.

In the basic assembly, the pump is suitable for systems with a return line. A bypass plug is inserted into the drain channel hole. It is necessary to unscrew it and seal the outlet when installing the pump in a single-pipe system.

The design of the pump for the Suntec E 4 NAK 1069 8P burner provides a seat for a heating device with a power of 50-80 W. Preheating the fuel facilitates a cold start. The heater ensures maximum heat transfer to the fuel without direct contact with it, which contributes to safe operation.
