Description
The universal fuel pump Suntec E 4 NA 1001 6P is designed for use in medium-power liquid fuel burners. It operates on diesel fuel and fuel oil with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt. The device is equipped with a valve that performs a locking function and regulates the fuel supply to the nozzle under pressure in the range of 14-30 atmospheres.
Design features
The mechanical part of the unit is represented by a gear device that extracts fuel from the tank when rotating. Before feeding the fuel to the nozzle, it is cleaned of large foreign impurities by a built-in 550 micron filter.
Important! The mesh insert requires regular cleaning with diesel fuel and a soft brush. When performing maintenance, do not forget to change the cover gasket.
A screw regulator is provided on the body to adjust the pressure in accordance with current tasks. When turning the screw clockwise, the pressure increases and vice versa. Factory setting – 20 atmospheres. Pump adjustment is performed under pressure gauge control.
Connection to the engine is performed using standard flange method. Compliance with EN225 standard expands the application possibilities of the unit. This standard is supported by many burner manufacturers.
