Burner Pump Suntec J 4 NAK 1001 8P

The Suntec J 4 NAK 1001 8P burner pump is highly reliable, versatile, and heat-resistant (suitable for fuel temperatures up to +90 °C). It is used in liquid fuel installations for pumping fuel with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt: fuel oil, biodiesel fuel mixture B10, diesel fuel, kerosene.

The Suntec J pump is used:

• in single-pipe and double-pipe systems;

• for pumping medium-viscosity fuel;

• mainly with an external electromagnetic valve.

The Suntec pump operating principle

The main working element is a gear mechanism that sucks fuel from the tank, passes it through the filter and pressure control valve and directs it to the nozzle. Thanks to the built-in filter, the gear pair is protected from damage by abrasive particles.

Fuel that does not pass through the injector is drained into the return line in a 2-pipe connection or returned to the suction line in a single-pipe system. In single-pipe systems, the bypass plug should be removed and the drain hole should be completely closed.
