Description

The Suntec E 4 NA 1069 7P gear fuel pump is installed in medium-power burners operating on diesel fuel and fuel oil. The reinforced housing design is designed to operate with high fuel temperatures. Heat resistance is achieved through the use of a special sealing material. It is possible to install a heater to facilitate starting.

Design features

The pump is ready for installation in a two-pipe system. Connection to a single-pipe design requires removing the bypass plug and shutting off the return pipeline.

A special feature of the model is the presence of a bypass hole in the injector line, the function of which is to reduce the risk of overpressure when working with heated fuel oil. There is no locking function. To implement it, you need to purchase an external EM valve.

The pressure is adjusted using a screw on the housing in a wide range of 14-30 atm. The Suntec E 4 NA 1069 7P fuel pump is set to 20 bar by default. A pressure gauge and vacuum gauge are used to control the working fluid pressure. Standard diameter ports are provided on the body for their connection.

A wear-resistant gear mechanism is responsible for sucking fuel from the tank and feeding it to the control valve, and then to the nozzle.

To protect the gear pair, a mesh filter is mounted at the fuel inlet, holding any inclusions with a size of 550 microns.
