Description

The Suntec E 4 NC 1001 6P fuel pump is a modern piece of equipment with a capacity of 177 l/hour (at a viscosity of 20 cSt and a pressure of 20 atm). The device is used as a component for medium-power burners of many brands due to support for the EN 225 standard approved in the European Union. The design is adapted for supplying fuel oil and working with an increased temperature of the working fluid, up to +90 ºC.

Pump device

The E 4 NC 1001 6P model includes a valve that regulates the pressure and also shuts off the flow. In case of additional equipment with an external EM valve, the fuel supply to the injector will be automated.

A screw regulator is located on the body, allowing you to adjust the pressure from 14 to 30 atm. In the basic version, the pump is adjusted to 20 bar. To check the correct operation of the equipment, you should connect a pressure gauge and a vacuum gauge.

In the basic version, the pump is ready for a 2-pipe connection. In case of using the unit for systems without a return line, it is necessary to dismantle the bypass plug and close the drain hole. The fuel that does not pass through the nozzle is sent back to the tank or passes through the gears, depending on the choice of the connection scheme.

To protect the gear device from coarse abrasive impurities, a mesh filter is mounted at the fuel inlet. All abrasive particles of dirt, rust, sand with a size of 550 microns remain at the inlet of the device.

Main advantages:

  • high fuel feed rate with small dimensions;

  • adaptation for high temperatures and work with fuel oil;

  • simple pressure adjustment using a screw regulator;

  • built-in cleaning filter with a working area of 45 cm²;

  • installation in systems with two and one pipe;

  • built-in flow shut-off function.
