Description

The Suntec J 4 NCK 1001 8P burner pump is used to pump fuel with a viscosity of up to 75 cSt: fuel oil, biodiesel fuel mixture B10, diesel fuel, kerosene when operating industrial boilers. It shows high performance, which depends on the discharge pressure and viscosity of the fuel (177 l / h at 20 bar and 20 cSt).

The Suntec J pump is used:

  • in single-pipe and two-pipe installations;

  • for pumping medium-viscosity fuel;

  • mainly in systems with an external electromagnetic valve.

Operating principle

The gear mechanism is responsible for sucking fuel from the tank and feeding it to the pressure regulating valve, and then to the injector line. The fuel is pre-cleaned from rust particles, debris, sand by a built-in filter, which prevents damage to the working unit. Fuel that does not pass to the injector is drained into the return line if the pump is installed in a two-pipe system, or returned to the suction line in a single-pipe layout. In this case, the bypass plug must first be unscrewed and the hole must be closed with a steel plug.
