Description

To complete liquid fuel burners with a capacity of up to 3000 kW, we offer to buy the Suntec E 4 NC 1069 7P fuel pump at an affordable price. A productive, heat-resistant unit is the optimal solution for creating heating systems that operate on diesel fuel or fuel oil. The ability to install a heating element makes starting the pump much easier.

Design features

  • The pump design uses special seals that ensure resistance to high fuel temperatures (up to +130 ºC).

  • The E 4 NC 1069 7P model is distinguished by the presence of a bypass hole in the nozzle line. With this design, a sharp increase in intra-system pressure during expansion of heated fuel is excluded.

  • The valve regulating the pressure on the nozzle in the range of 14-30 atm. does not perform a locking function. It can be implemented by an external device.

  • Using a screw regulator, it is easy to independently change the factory pressure setting (20 bar). In this case, it is necessary to use a pressure gauge to avoid pump failure. Standard threaded holes are made on the body for measuring and control devices.

  • The Suntec E 4 NC 1069 7P fuel pump is ready for a 2-pipe connection by default. When choosing a single-pipe fuel line scheme, it is necessary to remove the bypass plug and carefully close the return line.

  • Integration into the system occurs using a ∅ 54 mm flange. The EN 225 standard used in the manufacture of the design is supported by most burner manufacturers.

  • An important feature of the Suntec E 4 NC 1069 7P model is the presence of a special hole that allows you to connect a heater to facilitate start-up. The development engineers took care of the safety of operations by eliminating contact of the fuel with the device.

Attention! The electric heater must be turned on some time before starting the pump. Heated fuel reduces the load on the gears, which helps to increase the service life of the equipment.

Let's note the advantages:

  • universal design - works with diesel fuel, fuel oil and fuel with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt;

  • high speed - 180 l/h when setting the pressure to 20 bar and fuel viscosity of 20 cSt;

  • the ability to connect measuring instruments;

  • heat resistance and increased reliability;

  • easy start when equipped with a heater;

  • built-in filter of 550 microns, retaining abrasive impurities;

  • wide amplitude of pressure adjustment.
