Description

The Suntec E 4 NCK 1069 8P burner pump is adapted for operation under high-temperature conditions and heavy loads. It is capable of pumping fuel oil and other types of heavy fuel when operating medium-power burners. The advantage of the model is the ability to install an electric heater to reduce the viscosity of the fuel and facilitate starting.

E 1069 Series

The pumps of this series are equipped with a pressure regulating valve without a shut-off function. It is implemented through an external device (purchased separately).

The installation location is for single-pipe and dual-pipe fuel pumping systems. In the basic assembly, the drain hole is protected by a bypass plug. When used for a single-pipe installation, it must be unscrewed and the outlet closed.

The E 1069 series pump is prepared for mounting a heater (according to EN 50262) for preliminary fuel preparation, which facilitates starting. The heating device is located so as to give off maximum heat and not come into contact with the pumped fuel.

  • flange mounting method, ∅ 54 mm;

  • flow cleaning from coarse particles more than 550 µm contained in the fuel;

  • 1/2 inch thread for connecting the suction, return pipe;

  • holes for connecting measuring equipment;

  • fixation in the system in any position;

  • pressure in the suction and return lines - no more than 3.5 bar.
