Description

The Suntec E 6 NA 1001 6P fuel pump is an effective equipment for equipping heating systems in commercial, industrial and large domestic premises. Suitable for Elco, Weishaupt, Lamborghini and Baltur burners and other brands that operate on diesel fuel and fuel oil. The fuel feed rate of 20 cSt at a pressure of 20 bar is 265 l/h. The built-in valve regulates the pressure on the nozzle and ensures locking.

Design features

The pump design is adapted for pumping medium-viscosity fuel heated to +90 degrees.

The main unit is a toothed pair of gears that moves fuel from the tank to the valve and then to the nozzle under a fixed pressure. In the basic version, the pump is set to 20 atm., but this value can be changed by turning the screw on the body left / right. Range: 14-30 bar. When adjusting, use a pressure gauge.

To monitor the correctness of the device settings, the body has threaded ports of standard diameter: G⅛" for a pressure gauge and G½" for a vacuum gauge, in accordance with ISO 228/1.

The Suntec E 6 NA 1001 6P fuel pump is designed for 2-pipe systems - a bypass plug is located in the return line hole. It must be removed and the drain channel must be closed if the unit is used for a 1-pipe installation.

A mesh filter is mounted on the suction line to protect the gears from wear and breakage. It retains all impurities of a size of 550 µm, not allowing them to enter the device.

Attention! During operation of the pump, it is necessary to regularly remove contaminants using diesel fuel and a soft brush. Do not forget to change the cover gasket every time.
