Description
The Suntec J 6 NAK 1001 8P burner pump is designed for use in large domestic and industrial boiler installations with a capacity of up to 3000 kW. Adapted for pumping fuel with a temperature of up to +90 degrees. This model includes a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function. The pump is designed to pump fuel with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt: fuel oil, biodiesel fuel mixture B10, diesel fuel, kerosene.
The Suntec J pump can be used:
in single-pipe and two-pipe systems;
for working with medium-viscosity fuel;
in installations with an external solenoid valve.
Performance
The fuel pumping speed depends on the pressure and viscosity of the fuel (see performance graph). Reaches 265 l/h at 20 bar and 20 cSt.
Features and benefits:
J series with a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function;
pressure range 14-30 bar, basic setting – 20 bar;
resistance to elevated fuel temperatures (up to +90 °C);
dismountable filter design with an open area of 45 cm², purification degree of 550 μm;
flange connection method, diameter 54 mm;
threaded connection for the suction and return drain line;
ports for taking pressure/vacuum pressure measurements;
variability of installation positions;
permissible pressure in the suction/return drain line – up to 1.5 bar;
automatic removal of excess air in two-pipe systems.
Suntec pump operating principle
The working unit of the Suntec J 6 NAK 1001 8P burner pump is a gear mechanism that sucks fuel from the tank, then passes it through a mesh dismountable filter to remove abrasive particles, moves it to the pressure regulating valve, and then to the injector line. Fuel that does not reach the injector is directed to the return line in two-pipe systems or returned to the suction line in a single-pipe layout. For single-pipe installations, the bypass plug must be unscrewed and a steel plug with a washer installed in its place.
