Description

The Suntec E 6 NA 1070 7P fuel pump is a high-performance equipment for working with diesel fuel and fuel oil with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt. The built-in valve performs 2 functions at once: it regulates the pressure on the injector and ensures that the flow is locked. A special hole on the body is provided for mounting a 50-80 W heater, which facilitates starting.

Design features

The pump is heat-resistant; special materials and shaft seals were used in its manufacture. The maximum fuel temperature inside the device is +130 degrees.

A 12 mm diameter seat is made for installing the heating element. The convenient location of the device guarantees the best heat transfer and safety of operations, since direct contact with the fuel is excluded.

Attention! The device should be turned on in advance of starting the pump to reduce the load on the gears. Once the desired temperature has been reached, it can be switched off or left on continuously to maintain the optimum fuel temperature during regular burner shutdowns. Remember that the pipeline, filters and pumped fuel are heated separately.

The gear pair is protected from abrasive impurities - a mesh filter with a cell size of 550 µm is installed in the suction line. It is necessary to clean the filter regularly and, at the same time, replace the cover gasket.

The Suntec E 6 NA 1070 7P pump is installed in the system using a flange with a diameter of 54 mm. The connection complies with the EN 225 standard, supported by many burner manufacturers.
