Description

The Suntec E 6 NAK 1070 8P burner pump is manufactured taking into account heavy loads and difficult operating conditions. It is capable of pumping diesel fuel, biodiesel B20 mixture, kerosene, fuel oil. To facilitate cold starting, the design is adapted for installation of a heating device. The pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function. It is mainly used in systems with an external solenoid valve.

E 1070 Series

The E 1070 series burner pump is equipped with a double-acting valve: it regulates the fuel pressure and shuts off the flow. A filter with a cleaning area of ​​45 cm² is installed at the inlet, which protects the gear mechanism from damage and jamming. The gear pair provides fuel suction from the tank, moves it through the filter to the control valve, and then to the injector line.

The pump is ready for connection to a 2-pipe system. A bypass plug is mounted in the return line hole. It must be unscrewed and replaced with a blind one when used in single-pipe installations.

Fuel heating device

The design of the pump for the Suntec E 6 NAK 1070 8P burner is designed for installation of a heater. It can be installed on the right or left. The heating element significantly simplifies cold starting, reduces the load on the main components. It is turned on in advance to heat the fuel to the optimum temperature.
