Description

The highly efficient Suntec E 6 NC 1069 7P fuel pump is a worthy accessory for medium-power burners. The device runs on diesel fuel and fuel oil. For quick start-up, it is possible to install an electric heater. The built-in valve regulates the pressure on the nozzle.

Features and design of the pump

A bypass hole is made on the nozzle line, which prevents a sharp increase in the internal system pressure due to the expansion of the heated fuel when the pump stops. As a result, the flow is not blocked. This function is provided by an external electromagnetic valve.

A hole is provided for installing a heating element with a power of 50-80 W. The location of the heater is chosen as conveniently as possible to ensure the greatest heat transfer and exclude contact with the fuel.

Important! The manufacturer recommends turning on the heating element in advance so that the fuel heats up and becomes less viscous. Using the device allows you to minimize the load on the gear pair and extend the service life of the equipment.

A screw regulator is provided to adjust the discharge pressure. By turning it left/right, you can change the factory value of 20 bar to the required value within 14-30 bar. A pressure gauge connected to a standard threaded port helps to check the correctness of the parameter settings.

A 550 micron mesh filter is mounted on the suction line to protect the gear pair from jamming. All abrasive impurities remain at the inlet of the device.

The connection to the engine is made using a flange. The use of the EN 225 standard is supported by many burner manufacturers, which expands the scope of application of the Suntec E 6 NC 1069 7P fuel pump.

Important advantages:

  • heat resistance, the ability to pump fuel with a temperature of up to +130 ºC;

  • work with fuel oil, diesel fuel and medium-viscosity fuel;

  • easy adjustment of the pressure on the nozzle in a wide range;

  • highly efficient delivery – 263 l/h at factory pressure and viscosity setting of 20 cSt;

  • easy start-up when installing a heating element;

  • mesh filter with increased working area;

  • standard ports for measuring and control devices.
