Description
The Suntec E 6 NCK 1069 8P burner pump is specially designed for working with fuel oil and other types of heavy fuel. It is designed for installation of a heater, high-temperature exposure and difficult operating conditions. To protect the working mechanism from damage, a filter is installed at the pump inlet that holds impurities from 550 microns in size.
Features:
versatility, working with diesel fuel, fuel oil, medium-viscosity fuel;
high pumping speed, 263 l/h at a viscosity of 20 cSt and a pressure of 20 bar;
for single-pipe and double-pipe installations;
built-in pressure regulating valve without shut-off function;
feed pressure adjustment in the range of 14-30 bar, basic - 20 bar;
working environment temperature - up to +130 ºC;
external locking device (solenoid valve, additional request);
bypass hole in the injector line to relieve excess pressure;
flange mounting, ∅ 54 mm;
fuel filtration from contaminants larger than 550 µm;
threaded holes for connecting the suction and return pipes, ½ inch;
ports for connecting pressure and vacuum pressure monitoring devices;
the possibility of installation in any position;
pressure in the suction and return lines is no more than 3.5 bar.
Series E 1069
The pump of the U 1069 series has a built-in pressure regulating valve. There is no shut-off function. An external electromagnetic valve is used to shut off the flow.
In the basic assembly, the pump is ready for connection to a 2-pipe system. A plug is mounted in the bypass line hole. It must be unscrewed and the drain closed when used in installations with one pipe.
The design provides a place for installing an electric heater. Preliminary preparation of the fuel facilitates starting. The heating device is positioned so as to give off maximum heat and not come into contact with the pumped fuel.
A special shaft seal is used for safe operation of the Suntec E 6 NCK 1069 8P burner pump under high-temperature conditions.
