Description

The Suntec E 7 NA 1069 7P fuel pump is the most productive device in its series. The fuel flow rate with a viscosity of 20 cSt is 360 l/h when the pressure is set to 20 bar. The model is basic and is equipped with a pressure regulating valve. The locking function is performed by an external electromagnetic valve, purchased separately. To simplify the cold start, the design includes the ability to install a heater.

Pump design and features

Special seals and high-strength materials are used in the Suntec E 7 NA 1069 7P design, which allows working with fuel at temperatures up to +130 degrees.

A hole is drilled in the injector line to prevent pressure increase due to fuel expansion when the device is stopped. A built-in locking function is not provided.

A special feature of this model is the presence of a special seat for mounting an electric heating device. Using a heater reduces the load on the gear mechanism and extends the service life of the equipment. The heater does not come into contact with the fuel, and maximum heat transfer is ensured.

Important! The heater should be turned on in advance to achieve the required fuel temperature before starting the burner. Then it can be turned off or left on, at the discretion of the consumer. Do not forget that the filters, pipeline and fuel are heated separately.

The pressure on the nozzle can be adjusted in the range of 14-30 atmospheres using the adjusting screw located on the body. Turning clockwise increases the pressure and vice versa. The adjustment must be made under the control of the pressure gauge.

The design includes a 550 micron mesh filter that retains mechanical impurities, which eliminates jamming of the gear pair.

The main advantages are:

  • maximum efficiency in its line;

  • universal purpose - pumping diesel fuel, fuel oil and medium-viscosity fuel;

  • built-in pre-filter with a working area of 45 cm²;

  • possibility of installation in systems with two or one pipe;

  • standard installation method used by most burner manufacturers;

  • availability of independent pressure adjustment taking into account current tasks;

  • easy start-up when installing a heating device.

You can buy from us not only the Suntec E 7 NA 1069 7P fuel pump, but also additional accessories at an affordable price. For example, an electromagnetic valve for automating fuel supply, additional filters to protect injectors from wear. We are ready to help you choose equipment for your heating system.
