Description
The Suntec E 7 NAK 1069 8P burner pump pumps fuel oil and other heavy fuels. The capacity depends on the viscosity of the fuel and the feed pressure settings (360 l/h at 20 cSt and 20 bar). To simplify cold starts, the design includes a seat for a fuel heater. A special shaft seal designed for high-temperature exposure ensures safe operation of the pump.
Features:
pumping fuel oil, diesel fuel, medium viscosity up to 75 cSt;
design for heavy loads and intensive use;
special shaft seal;
for single-pipe and two-pipe systems;
pressure regulating valve without shut-off function;
adjustment range: 14-30 bar, basic setting - 20 bar;
for working with fuel heated to +130 ºC;
external flow shut-off device (solenoid valve, separate order);
bypass hole in the injector line to release excess air;
flange mounting method, ∅ 54 mm;
fuel cleaning from dirt particles using a 550 µm filter;
½ inch threaded holes for reliable fixation of the suction and return pipes;
ports for measuring instruments;
installation in any orientation (eliminate axle load);
maximum pressure in the suction and return line is 3.5 bar.
E 1069 Series
The E 1069 series pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve. Gears suck the fuel mixture from the tank through the filter to the regulating valve, and then to the injector line. An external solenoid valve is used to shut off the flow.
In the factory version, the pump is ready for a 2-pipe connection. The return line opening is closed with a bypass plug. It should be removed and the drain channel should be hermetically sealed when using the pump in one-pipe systems.
The design of the Suntec E 7 NAK 1069 8P burner pump provides space for a 50-80 W electric heater. Heating reduces the viscosity of the fuel and simplifies starting. Due to the correct location of the heating device, contact with the pumped medium is excluded, safe operation of the pump with effective heat transfer is ensured.
