Description

The Suntec E 7 NA 1070 7P fuel pump is a high-performance functional equipment for equipping medium-power burners. In one hour, 360 liters of fuel with a viscosity of 20 cSt are supplied to the nozzle with a pressure setting of 20 atm. The built-in valve regulates the supply pressure and ensures locking. The operation of the device is simplified by an electric heater, for which a special place is provided for connection.

Pump design and features

Special materials and seals are used to pump heated fuel, maximum +130 degrees.

Holes are drilled in the body for installing an electric heater with a power of 50-80 W. This device allows you to preheat the fuel before starting the burner, which reduces the load on the gear mechanism. The location of the heater is chosen as rationally as possible - the greatest heat transfer is ensured and contact with the fuel is excluded.

A 550 micron mesh filter is mounted in the design. All abrasive particles are retained by a mesh insert. During operation, it is necessary to regularly wash the filter from dirt and change the cover gasket.

The pressure can be adjusted in the range of 14-30 atmospheres, changing the factory setting of 20 bar. A screw regulator is used for these purposes. The correct operation of the equipment is checked with a pressure gauge.

Installation is carried out using a flange connection that meets the European standard EN 225. This method of installation is supported by most burner manufacturers, so the Suntec E 7 NA 1070 7P pump is a universal component for heating systems.

Let's note the main advantages:

  • maximum performance in its series;

  • the ability to work with fuel oil, diesel fuel;

  • increased reliability and heat resistance for pumping heated fuel;

  • built-in filter mesh with an increased working area - 45 cm²;

  • the ability to install a heater, facilitating the start-up of the device;

  • ports and outputs of standard design in accordance with ISO 228/1;

  • valve locking function.

Suntec equipment stands out from competitors' analogues due to its simplicity of execution and trouble-free operation for many years. You can buy a Suntec E 7 NA 1070 7P fuel pump and other equipment from us at an affordable price.
