Description

The Suntec E 7 NC 1001 5P fuel pump provides high-speed supply of working fluid to the injector. Within one hour, it pumps 355 liters of fuel with a viscosity of 20 cSt when the pressure is set to 20 atmospheres. The basic model is supplied complete with a valve that regulates the pressure on the injector and simultaneously performs a shut-off function. It is used to complete medium-power burners included in residential and industrial heating systems.

Design and features

The design is adapted to work with elevated fuel temperatures, maximum +90 degrees.

To adjust the pressure in the permissible range (14-30 bar), a special screw is provided on the body, turning it left and right, you can change the factory setting (20 bar). You should check the correct operation of the pump using a pressure gauge.

The basic version of the Suntec E 7 NC 1001 5P fuel pump is suitable for two-pipe installations. If the device is used as part of a single-pipe system, it is necessary to unscrew the bypass plug and completely close the drain channel.

The gear mechanism is protected from the negative impact of abrasive particles contained in the fuel - a 550 micron filter is mounted in the suction line.
